Brand keywords such as Super J3, Mega88 or 918Kiss can be copied into fake advertisements and messages. A familiar name or logo is not enough to establish authenticity.
Inspect the destination
Check spelling, HTTPS, unexpected redirects and whether the page matches a destination you independently verified. Avoid shortened links and sponsored results that imitate support pages.
Protect secrets and devices
Never share passwords, OTPs or recovery codes. Do not grant remote-screen access to a stranger. Treat an APK from a chat group as untrusted until its source and permissions are verified.
Recognise pressure tactics
Urgent account warnings, guaranteed jackpots, “free RM credit” that requires a release fee and requests to pay a personal account are warning signs. Stop, preserve evidence and contact verified support separately.
